Offerings

Accessible yoga

Community Yoga Classes

These classes are offered to help the community to enjoy movement and feel better in their body. It is Dana-based because I hope it gives more people accessibility to try Yoga and benefit from it.(Dana is the Sanskrit word meaning "generosity")

I offer traditional hatha yoga practice.

This class is usually scheduled 1-2 times a month.

These classes are beginner-friendly. I offer different variations of poses so you can find the one that suits your body.

About Me

Yoga Instructor (CYT 500)/ Personal Trainer(ACE)

Hi! My name is Ira, I help people who experience pain or movement limitation, who feel frustrated and stuck in part of their life due to sedentary lifestyles to reduce pain, enjoy movement and feel better in their body in the long term, so that they can enjoy life to the fullest.

I am also a lifetime learner and explorer. My interest in health is generated from my own rehabilitation and healing journey. It is my deepest desire to regain health and wish to help people like me that makes me want to work in the health industry.

My healing journey taught me how much wisdom and healing power the human body carries. Embracing the principles of holistic health, I have learned to appreciate the interconnection of the body, mind, and heart. I wish to cultivate a safe, inclusive, relaxing environment and help people with the following through movements:

Foster the awareness of the body, mindset and emotions linked to exercise.

Learn and practice body-mind-heart connection through movements.

Integrate and embody alignment, strength, flexibility, bliss and peace in daily living.

Encourage and influence people around them to enjoy a healthier life.
