Yoga Classes

There is NO cost for these classes, it is Dana-based. Dana is the Sanskrit word meaning "generosity", so you have the opportunity to practice this kind of generosity if you choose. These classes are offered to help the community to enjoy movement and feel better in their body. I offer traditional hatha yoga practice. You can find more details about hatha yoga in the last 2 sections.
Beginner-friendly! I offer different variations of poses so you can find the one that suits your body.
All participants under your reservation have no medical conditions that they are aware of, which would prevent them from taking part in classes or workshops before booking.
All Participants are required to sign a waiver before their first class. Waiver will be sent via email after your reservation. Participants who are under 18 will need their guardians to sign the waiver, in addition to their signatures. You also have the option to sign a print-out version of waiver right before your first class.
Hi! I am a 500h certified yoga teacher. I help people who experience pain or movement limitation, who feel frustrated and stuck in part of their life due to sedentary lifestyles to reduce pain, enjoy movement and feel better in their body in the long term.
Please bring your own mat.
I will provide yoga blocks for everyone but feel free to bring your props
If you like a bit of cushion on your knee or other body parts but don't have a yoga blanket, bringing a towel would be a great alternative. We are using it on the floor so, bring something you don't mind getting dirty.
Any comfortable clothes that allow you to move well is great!

Most of the time, there will be standing postures, seated postures and reclined postures.
Different variations of poses will be offered, so you can find the one that suits your body.
